Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving.

Ingredients
80 to 100 grams of potatoes
Two tablespoons of milk
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light mashed potato meal.
  3. As the child gets used to the taste, you can go making it a bit thicker.
  4. When mashing the potatoes with an electronic apparatus, the consistency varies and it is not possible to make little cakes out of it or use a baker’s glove.
