Meat in the Oven Recipe

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
300 grams of veal, steak, lamb, chicken or rabbit
1 small onion
1 tomato
2 garlic teeth
250 cc’s of broth
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onion very finely, and cut the tomato removing the seeds and skin.
  2. Use a small oven pan and place the garlic teeth whole without peeling them.
  3. Cook the meat in the oven preheated at 190 degrees C. for around 35 minutes uncovered. After around 17 minutes flip the meat over.
  4. If it browns too much cover the meat with aluminum foil.
  5. Once the meat is cooked, remove the garlic teeth from the preparation.
  6. Cut the meat into four serving portions with the correspondent amount of sauce and store what is not going to be used adequately.
