Rabbit Loin with Lemon Sauce Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
300 grams of rabbit loin cut in four pieces
2 tablespoons of oil
100 cc’s of meat broth
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 laurel leaf
Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Use a thick-bottomed pan that can go into the oven and heat the rabbit with the oil.
- Once it has browned, remove the oil and add in the broth, the limejuice and the laurel leaf.
- Put the preparation in the oven previously heated at 190 degrees C. for around 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, flip the meat and cover it.
- Once cooked divide the serving portions and store what is not going to be used adequately.
