Rice with Mushrooms Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. 1 serving.
Ingredients
30 grams of rice
50 grams of mushrooms
¼ small onion
1 garlic tooth unpeeled
A few parsley leaves
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
- Put 250 ccs of water over the stove with the onion, the garlic and the parsley.
- When it starts to boil, add the rice and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
- Five minutes before it finishes cooking, add in the mushrooms.
Before serving the food out, remove the onion, garlic and the parsley, and add in the olive oil.
